A decade of drafts: Re-drafting the 2018 NBA Draft

11th pick: Duncan Robinson

Originally undrafted, Duncan Robinson’s dazzling 2019/20 with the Miami Heat came from nowhere. He has already established himself as one of the league’s deadliest long-range gunners, hitting nearly 45% of his 8.4 attempts per game.

Robinson’s path to the NBA wasn’t an easy one. He wasn’t a star throughout his development like many others on this list. He has bought into the much-mentioned ‘Heat Culture’, he has embraced gruelling drills and is a developing defensive player.

At 6’7 and with that three-point shooting, Robinson is an ideal role player.
