NBA London 2019: Ticket information

The NBA London Game in 2019 marks the ninth regular season game played in the United Kingdom. Through these annual events the growth of the game in the UK has been exponential. This is something that the NBA are continuing to improve on. In recent years, we have been blessed with teams like the Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers, Toronto Raptors and the Atlanta Hawks and this year the UK are in for a treat!

The game itself will feature the famous, New York Knicks. This being their third visit to our nation, with trips in 2013 and 2015 against the Bucks and Pistons respectively. On their roster is Latvian All-Star Kristaps Porzingis who is hailed as being the next big thing in the sport. Joining him will be up-and-coming point guard Frank Ntilikina and veteran guard, Tim Hardaway Jr. 9th overall Draft pick Kevin Knox will also feature in the matchup,as a player he possesses great footwork and scoring ability, keep an eye out for his performance in the capital.

The Knicks’ opponent on the 17th January will be the Washington Wizards. Their first trip to the UK gives fans another chance to witness a new team that they have not seen live before . The Wizards boast a stacked roster with the elusive guards John Wall and Bradley Beal, who have collectively amassed six All-Star appearances. In addition, eight-time All-Star center Dwight Howard leads this explosive group.

Tickets for the NBA London Game 2019 will go on general sale Friday, Oct. 19 at 9 a.m. BST at www.axs.com/nbalondon. Fans can register their details at NBA.com/London to gain early access to a limited number of tickets via a presale to be held on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 9 a.m. BST.

Finally, for those who are unable to attend the game, it will be broadcasted by the NBA’s broadcast partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and on NBA League Pass International.
