Joe and Sam discuss Bryce Harper’s 13-year contract with the Philadelphia Phillies, Craig Kimbrel and Dallas Keuchel’s free agency options and Josh Donaldson’s one-year deal with the Braves.

Harper has committed to the Phillies long-term, with the deal not including a single opt out for the former National League MVP. Harper’s contract is one of the biggest in the history of American sports, committing him to Philadelphia until he is nearly 40.

Kimbrel and Keuchel were two of the sport’s premier free agents heading into this offseason. Both remain unsigned, however, with the regular season under three weeks away. We will find out in the coming days which teams they sign with.

The Atlanta Braves landed Donaldson on a short contract earlier this winter. Donaldson has bet on himself returning to form after an injury riddled 2018 campaign. The former American League MVP is one of the storylines to watch this season.
