Our second baseball podcast covers the top news from around Major League Baseball this week.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are the main talking point after an eventful week. The 2018 World Series runners-up made a big splash in free agency by signing centre fielder A.J. Pollock and have been linked with catcher J.T. Realmuto. The Reds landed Sonny Gray after a drawn out, very public period of trade talks with the New York Yankees.

The Dodgers and Reds made a trade earlier this winter, which saw Yasiel Puig, Matt Kemp and Alex Wood move to the National League Central team. Los Angeles are a fascinating team this offseason as they try to stay under the luxury tax while maintaining their streak of winning the National League West.

Joe and Sam discuss the latest in MLB, including Pollock joining the Dodgers, the Reds trading for Gray and the Marlins’ demands for Realmuto.
