With the stretch run upon us, it’s time for our NFL Week 15 predictions in 2022.

The season is down to its final four weeks and there are no more byes, giving up 16 games to choose from when making our NFL picks for today. Hopefully, that should help us make our NFL picks against the spread and NFL picks straight up in Week 15.

But more games won’t necessarily make it easy to make NFL Week 15 predictions in 2022. There have been surprises in the NFL every week this season.

There’s no reason to think that will change in the last few weeks with playoff spots on the line. While we’re still expecting a few surprising twists, let’s take a closer look at our NFL Week 15 picks.

Chiefs vs Texans

In terms of the Chiefs winning, this is the most obvious of our NFL picks for today. But even if they haven’t been that successful at covering spreads this year, we like Kansas City to cover as part of our NFL Week 15 predictions for 2022.

After all, Patrick Mahomes is at the top of the NFL MVP odds while Chris Jones is slowly working his way up the list of NFL DPOY odds. They have the pieces to put together a complete game against the lowly Texans.

Even after losing to the Bengals two weeks ago and having a close game with the Broncos last week, the Chiefs did beat the Rams by more than two touchdowns a few weeks ago.

They’ve also had big wins over the 49ers and Jaguars this season. Meanwhile, the Texans snapped a stretch of eight straight games with 17 points or less last week. They’re not a team that’s going to score a lot of points, making it tough for them to keep pace with the Chiefs.

  • SU Pick: Chiefs (-900)
  • ATS Pick: Chiefs -14 (-110)

Eagles vs Bears

After a few subpar weeks, the Eagles look like they’re flying high yet again. They’ve scored at least 35 points in three straight games, dominating both the Titans and Giants during that stretch. That should bode well for them this week against a Chicago team that’s officially been eliminated from playoff contention and lost six in a row.

In fact, Chicago’s last four losses have come against teams with losing records, so keeping up with the Eagles seems like a long shot.

At times, Justin Fields has helped the Bears come alive offensively. But that may not be the case against a tough Philadelphia defense.

It also may not be enough against the Eagles given the play of the Chicago defense this year. The Bears have given up at least 27 points in every game of their six-game losing streak. Jalen Hurts and company will have a chance to do some serious damage, which should lead to a double-digit victory.

  • SU Pick: Eagles (-405)
  • ATS Pick: Eagles -8.5 (-114)

Titans vs Chargers

This is one of the tougher games we’re tackling during our NFL Week 15 predictions for 2022. The Titans have lost three in a row, putting them in a desperate state despite still having a two-game lead atop the AFC South.

Despite the problems that Ryan Tannehill and the passing game have had this year, the Titans still have Derrick Henry. That makes them a threat to exploit a Los Angeles defense that’s struggled to stop the run all season. But a 14-point loss to the Jags last week raised some eyebrows.

Meanwhile, the Chargers are coming off a huge win over the Dolphins and showed something special in that game.

Granted, it’s been a struggle for them to find consistency. But compared to Tannehill, Justin Herbert gives them a huge edge in this game. That’s enough to take a chance on the Chargers being able to win and cover at home this week.

  • SU Pick: Chargers (-152)
  • ATS Pick: Chargers -3 (-104)

Bengals vs Buccaneers

This is one of our toughest NFL Week 15 picks because the Buccaneers have proven to be unreliable for most of the season but capable of playing at a high level. If nothing else, the Bucs have won their last three home games, giving up 16 points or less in all three of those wins.

The Tampa defense is capable of playing at an elite level, which makes the Bucs an attractive pick as a home underdog.

That being said, it’s hard to bet against the Bengals with the way they’ve been playing lately. Regardless of which of the playmakers around him are healthy, Joe Burrow is putting together an incredible season and coming on strong late in the year.

The Bengals have won five in a row and beaten some quality teams during that stretch. They also have an underrated defense that can slow down Tom Brady and a Tampa offense that hasn’t clicked this year. That’s enough for us to keep riding the Bengals, even as favorites against a desperate and tricky Tampa team.

  • SU Pick: Bengals (-196)
  • ATS Pick: Bengals -3.5 (-110)

Giants vs Commanders

While these teams played to a tie two weeks ago, they are not on equal footing. The Giants have one win in their last six games, and it came against the Texans. They were also scoreless for over 35 minutes at the end of the game two weeks ago.

The New York offense is shorthanded already with Daniel Jones at quarterback, and it’s safe to say now that the Washington defense has them figured out.

On the other hand, the Commanders have won six of their last eight games. Despite that tie, they have a lot of positive momentum and have gained a lot of confidence with Taylor Heinicke at quarterback.

At home, we expect the Washington defense to keep the Giants stifled, making it a little easier for the Commanders to score enough points to win and cover.

  • SU Pick: Commanders (-210)
  • ATS Pick: Commanders -4.5 (-106)
