NFL Game Pass is one of the best ways to watch NFL in the UK. This is a must-have for football fans outside the United States since it streams all games live and on-demand. It also offers a plethora of features depending on your NFL Gamepass subscription.

NFL Gamepass subscription

In the US, the NFL has rebranded Game Pass into NFL+. There aren’t any big changes to their service other than the new packages and the addition of in-market games on mobile devices.

In the UK, it’s still called NFL Game Pass International. There are currently three subscriptions available: pro, essential, and free. The NFL Gamepass prices differ on what level of access you want. Obviously, the more access and features in the subscription, the more expensive it is.

Here are the three NFL Gamepass subscriptions and their prices…

The pro subscription is the ultimate access to the NFL. It allows you to watch all games and shows live and on demand. You can opt to watch the replays in full or in a condensed 40/45-minute version that is cut from snap to snap.

Another great feature of this subscription is the “Coaches Film” mode. It allows you to view different camera angles of individual plays. However, users may have trouble accessing this mode from time to time.

Additional features such as live audio streams, the option to choose different announcers, and a wide range of on-demand content are present as well.

The pro subscription includes the following, live and on-demand:

  • All preseason games
  • All 270+ regular season games*
  • All NFL playoff games
  • Super Bowl LVII
  • All game highlights options
  • NFL RedZone
  • NFL Network
  • NFL Originals (Hard Knocks, A Football Life, etc.)
  • All NFL shows and programs

*Subject to blackouts in the UK.

Watch all of these on desktop, mobile, tablet, Xbox, PS4, Samsung Smart TVs, LG Smart TVs, and more. You can also download all types of highlights to your phone or tablet via the NFL Game Pass app.

The pro subscription costs $203.99 annually (the Gamepass cost in UK is roughly £170). You can pay it in full or spread your payments into four instalments. Take note that the subscription will run until July 31 every year, regardless of when it is purchased.

As you can see, this is perfect for those who don’t want to miss any football action throughout the season. You can opt for the 7-day free trial to experience what the pro subscription has to offer.

The second NFL Gamepass subscription is the essential plan. This is a watered-down version of the pro subscription that only gives you access to NFL highlights, documentaries, shows, and programmes.

The essential subscription includes the following, live and on-demand:

  • NFL RedZone
  • NFL Network
  • Condensed NFL highlights
  • Game in 40 (Game recap in 40 minutes)
  • Sunday in 60 (The best of NFL Action on Sundays in 60 minutes)
  • NFL Originals (Hard Knocks, A Football Life, etc.)

Same with the pro subscription, you can watch all of these on desktop, mobile, tablet, etc. You can also download any of the condensed highlights via the NFL Game Pass app.

For the essential subscription, the NFL Gamepass cost is $62.99 annually (roughly £50 in the UK). This is already a good deal for average football fans who just want to get their weekly dose of football.

The third NFL Gamepass subscription is the free plan. This allows you to get NFL at your fingertips without spending any money.

Just sign up for an account and you can get access to the following:

  • All preseason games
  • All game previews
  • Five-minute game highlights
  • NFL Network
  • Other NFL shows and programs

The free subscription is a good entry point for those who are interested in the NFL. You can get a glimpse of NFL action without breaking the bank.

Apart from watching live NFL games via Game Pass, you can also listen to the best NFL podcasts in 2022 to get updated on what’s happening around the league.
